starting college

    I am starting college in in September and was wandering if a lapyop is necessary for taking notes or can I atick with the old fashioned pen and paper??
    Any other tips would be appreciated thanks

    It's best not to be tipping away at a laptop in class. It can be distracting for both yourself (if you're tempted to go on facebook) and others.
    I think a pen and paper is the best way to take notes, and type them up afterwards as part of study.
    I also found my tablet to be useful for downloading ebooks and college notes (on moodle).
