caterpillars and broccoli

Hi all I have broccoli growing in polytunnel but caterpillar s eating leaves like mad. Any way of getting rid off as if it continues I doubt the heads of broccoli won't appear

Search for them and squash. Shake the plants and they'll fall off.

The ones you have to worry about are the green ones that disguise themselves as stalks and you find them cooked on your plate...
