Great to see them doing well! Would be interesting to see load factor/yields though!

They've streamlined so much, if it isn't profitable by now I'd be annoyed. The Aer Lingus brand puts wind behind its sails.

Load factor is easy to work out as pax numbers to/from UK are published monthly- July figures released today

Would you be able to post a link to the UK pax numbers?

    http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=80&pagetype=88&pageid=3&sglid=3#Data

Scroll down that page and every month back to 1998 available. For July 2014 you need to click the "provisional" link on the left.

Great to see. I use them where possiable. Find them to be friendly, have competitive pricing and they are far from strict on the hand luggage!

Just wondering, haven't EI Regional taken delivery of more ATRs in the last year? If so, an increase in passenger numbers is to be expected.

Smoke and mirrors, new airplanes appear, older ones disappear. Returned to lessor, crashed, and wind damaged. (Delete as appropriate);)

I know 2 ATR 42-300s have been put into storage, but what of the 8 ATR 72-600s delivered?

    SLL - returned to lessor
    SLM - hull loss
    SLN - returned to lessor
    REO - sold
    REP - sold
CPT - razor blades or coke cans
    BYO - damaged BER

8 600's delivered and operational on the network. So net is 1 aircraft up overall.

The EIR franchise has grown from its original 2 aircraft to encompass all of the old RE, before the Flybe franchise of course.

Is there any non-human cargo on those planes? Stobart are involved.

You mean non self loading freight?

No it's all pax, no cargo.

I think it's only people and bags on board, Stobart only have a 45% share holding iirc.
