    Hi Seriously thinking of getting a ti road frame custom built , does anyone have any experiance of this ? Xi'an was the brand I keep coming across .

    Seems you do so at your pearl!
    Plenty of other threads that are searchable in the MTBR.com forums that will bring up useful information.
    There are positive stories out there about ChiTi if you search.
    There is also Russian Titanium of which there is also a thread if you search.
    Most of the same manufacturers will do road, mtb & cross frames.

    There are the usual alternatives too.
    A mate just recently build un a VanNichols roadbike sourced from guys in Howth and ourchased via the cycletowork.
