Very undesirable car (no offence) Basically a Hyundai Accent with a "big" engine. The only saleable cerato is the 1.5 diesel.
Mileage not especially low, and located in clare where you're not in a big catchment area.

Also "will do a good cash deal"
Surely that's the only payment method you'd be taking anyway, so why not just put the ad up at this better price?

fair enough, try a garage? want to get it shifted but below 2000 id feel like i was losing money on it

    Stick it up at €1999
A garage will only pay hundreds as they have to make money.
    Advertise it locally too.
Maybe retake pictures. I'm not in the market for a Cerato, but I'd be out off by pics taken in a field.

You can NCT early too. 2 years test would really help it.

I'd agree with Colm, unfortunately it's not a very desirable car so the price has to be super attractive. That and the fact that it is 1.6 litre (where most people may want 1.4) and mileage has passed the 100k mile mental barrier for most Irish motorists.

Also the NCT is up in January, the NCT rules have changed recently and you can now do the NCT at any time and the cert will be good for 1/2 years from the pass date, so it is worth sticking it through. A fresh 2 year NCT would go along way to making it a more attractive buy.

Take out that bora /golf/passat rubbish at the end of the ad. I move on immediately when I see that.
Granted not too many will search for a Kia cerato lol
    Pics of interior aswell.

I agree, anyone who is looking for a Bora, Golf, Passat, etc is not looking for a Kia Cerato even if the advert appears on their search list.
