    Hello All,

It might be a stupid question, perhaps the answer is in the abbreviation (End of Line) but where is the best location for the EOL resistors? The furthest or closest sensor?

    Thanks,

    Leo

    Hi Leo,
I think the best praxis is to put the eol as close to the sensor as possible.

In my case I have placed them inside the PIRs and the junction boxes located close to the MCs.

As per your suspicion, there is a very valid technical reason for it as well. Basically if you have a number if windows on the same zone and looped together then the resistors go into the last device on the particular zone.
