    Definition of prostitution 'is the practice or occupation of engaging in sexual activity with someone for payment", so no. You simply observed a naked person whom you happened to have paid for and had a ****. Nothing more.

    Considering that there is a call out fee and an escort does not come cheap, it more counts as shafting yourself.

    Fairly sure the women in strip clubs don't have to endure watching the guy tug away at himself. I mean, I've never been in one, I'm basing this mostly off the Sopranos, but it seems like the kind of thing you'd get booted out for doing at the very least.
