    Hi all

I recently had a fall in a shop and I damaged my knee quite badly. I am unable to do any running/exercising and have gone to the doctor with it.

The shop where I feel has given my doctors notes( re my visit) and receipts for what I have to take for my knee to their injuries board. I was just wondering if I would just receive my money for the doctors back our do they take into consideration the inconvenience the impact of the injury has.

For example I can;t go to the gym for a while so i will be wasting the membershp and the time off work I had too take to go to doctor.

    Thanks a million
    Dani

How did the shop contribute to your fall?

Slipped on their bathroom floor. The cleaner hadn't cleaned it since lunchtime and I was in there that evening
