I don't even any FE1's done at the moment but I just have one question. Lets say I pass all my 8 FE1'S and get a training contract where I pay my fees. Lets also say that I get paid minimum wage while I'm in the practice.

What sort of money would I want to have in my account between everything from the day I buy The FE1 manuals and the day I qualify as a solicitor?

    Euros.

Are you asking how much money do I need while I train as a solicitor given fees paid and minimum wage being paid (very nice if you can get it!)? This will depend entirely upon your personal lifestyle choices, including where you live, what your idea of a night out is, whether you have dependants etc.
