Buying a Macbook. Whats the best?

    Hi,

    I am currently trying to buy a macbook pro as I want it for portable video editing.
    Just wondering
    Which is the best one?
    Do the solid state drives make that much of a difference?
    Is the price worth it?

    Macs are terrible value for money. Laptops suck for performance (whether they are macbooks or otherwise). Using a macbook for video editing is madness, a cheapo desktop will outperform it.

    I need portable video editing though.
    I could be in ireland one day and in england the next.
