South America - Three Weeks

So being part of the real world and having to work, Ive got three weeks to spend (wish it was three months) in South America. I probably wouldn't even get everything done in three months, so Ive to be realistic. I want to go to Bolivia, and after that I have no plan.
Any recommendations? I want to see some great places, but I don't want to spend a lot of time travelling around either, stuck on buses or in airports, I want to make the most of the time I have.

There have been some good threads on this duration of trip recently. Search the forum.

Three weeks should be sufficient to see much of what Bolivia has to offer. You could also manage Andean parts of Perú and Argentina, also.

I did a three-week trip starting in Buenos Aires and ending in Lima. Despite the altitude sickness and getting robbed, Bolívia is still the country I would return to in a heartbeat.

+1, Bolivia, Peru and parts of Argentina should be easily doable in 3 weeks.
