Hi Guys, I'm looking to buy a "storage unit" or garage off a woman...effectively it is the garage belonging to her house but has separate access. Just wondering (a) what documents I should received as part of the sale and also (b) does anyone know if the ESB would entertain putting an independent supply into this unit?
