    Hey,
Can anyone recommend a boxing gym that runs a beginner course for adults (I'm 21), if ye know how much membership is that would be great!
    City center or eastside preferably!

Sean Cummiskey of Corrib Boxing and Kickboxing club in Claregalway is really good. He's on Facebook but I have his details if you need them,

Boxing training is a lot of cardio training, it's about getting fighting fit as much as it is about learning the skill so I don't think you'll need to find a beginners course, you'll be doing as much of the standard drills as you can manage alongside the more advanced boxers. When it comes to learning the skill you'd be better off surrounded by those better boxers instead of people that know no more than you do.
