    I was going on a day trip to Monaco last week, and before I left the hotel I checked the official casino website on my phone to see what the dress code was.

    You'd think the group that owns the most famous buildings in Monte Carlo would splash out for a decent web design that doesn't respond to mobile devices with a popup advising me to use a resolution greater than 1024x768.

    On every single page load.
