Teaching Contract help

    Hi Guys, need experienced opinion on teaching contracts. The options are pro-rata part time secondment cover (22 hrs) vs pro-rata fixed purpose (not sure on hours). Are they pretty much the same thing? Am i correct in saying that neither are "my" hours? Situation with holiday pay? What questions should I ask employers? Thanks guys
