Eircom broadband deals for existing customers

My g/f's folks have an old Eircom BB + phone connection. They got a letter recently about upgrading to Fibre and having had a look at https://www.eircom.net/broadband/ it seems like the deals are only really for new customers. When I ordered eFibre a good few months back I got a deal for existing customers where it was something like €30 a month. I don't suppose anyone knows if those promotions are completely finished, or if they're better off waiting a month or two to see?
