Hey I just have a few qustions about the social welfare.

For anybody doing the back to education program. Do you collect money every week like normal or is it paid directly into your account?
Does this apply to ICT conversion courses too.

Also I for accepted for an ICT course but then found out you had to be on social welfare payment for 9 months to continue receiving payment. Is there anything I can do to appeal this decision because I was banking on this and cannot support myself.
