Potentially choosing from two jobs

I am changing jobs. I sent CVs out at the same time. 2 weeks ago I got a call for an informal interview with a company. I liked them they liked me and said that I would have a 2nd interview with the partners in the business (the first guy who interviewed me is the main owner). That 2nd interview is today and if they offer me the job I had my heart set on taking it.

Two days ago I got an email to go for an interview for another job tomorrow afternoon. It is slightly better pay (not much). I was tempted not to go for interview as they really scare me, but I am being encouraged to go. I am not sure what chance I have of getting the job as looking at the spec I think I have experience in all but 1 of the criteria.

Obviously if I accept today the offer I get (I wouldn't be starting untiL I work I my notice at my old job which would be c.1 month) and then if things came up trumps tomorrow I would then be ringing/emailing Company No 1 saying no can do...That feels a bit disloyal, but I'm probably stupid not to go for 2nd interview.

    What do you guys think?

You can tell job one you need some time to think about their offer. A few days.

In the meantime you tell job two you already have an offer, can they improve on it.

    You're in a good position!

Take your time & go with your gut if you get 2 offers.

Even if you are offered the first position they mightn't let you know immediately.

Got offer one today - which I had accepted last week provisionally just had to meet the partners today. However, offer 2, if I get it would be very tempting. Don't know if I will though as I think I might need a little bit more experience, but they must have thought i had something if they shortlisted me :)
