    Myself a friend are looking for a 3rd person to move into a house in Castletroy, 25 minute walk form UL campus

    Single room, €250 per month. Really nice, clean, quiet house. We're both male, mature students in UL. One smoker but they smoke outside.

    In the past they're been no more that €45 per month on average for electricity, gas and internet. Let me know if you're interested.
