dell inspiron 14z 5423 wont boot

    PC needs to be repaired
    File : \BCD
    Error 0x0000098

    the boot configuration data file doesnt contain valid information for an OS.


    the os came preinstalled so i have no disc. i cant find any option to do a repair or restore.

    anyone else come across this problem ?
