Anyone ever come across HB11-RWA from Homebond? In the process of buying a house that had pyrite remediation work. It comes with a certificate with details that the remediation work (I.S. 398:2013) + a new certificate from Homebond HB11-RWA. RWA stands for "Remedial Work Agreement". Homebond is not very indicative on the details of the remediation work covered, beside it covers remediation work for 4 years. Has anyone come across this form and got more details on what this covers exactly? Vendor is silent and Homebond not responsive.

Homebond have a poor record on pyrite.
The houses they did repair they did not very well and on the cheap.
And then they point blank refused to repair anymore pyrite houses.
Dont expect any help off them if anything goes wrong.
Ask the thousands of people who had homebond and just got dropped the minute homebond looked like it was going to have to help them.

Google - Homebond Pyrite, read the first few links and then decide how far you would trust homebond.
