    as to what would be the best vaporizer and liquid/herb/substance for relaxation? I mean other than marijuana and preferably non-addictive.

    Not vaping. If you don't smoke it's a silly idea. But if you insist any liquid, but dude you're gonna just kill yourself doing it. Like the vapour will choke you... So go find a different method.

    try some 0mg nicotine flavours first if you are going to try any. Its all very subjective when it comes to flavours and the 0mg aren't as popular.
