From this, it looks like you can apply with Leaving Cert points or as a mature student(subject to an assessment)

No mention of CK204 with the links route here

And I think the max you can get points conversion is 400 and Finance was 475 points in 2013.

It looks like you can't transfer using your college of comm course as a route.
To be certain you should ring the finance office-+353 21 490 2506.They'll tell you what you need to know.
