    I have nightly nightmares about my ex appearing at the window or appearing out of wardrobes.
    How do I stop having these dreams?

    I'm banned from Personal Relationships or whatever it is.

    Basically, I have been assaulted by my ex and I have nightly nightmares.
    Nobody on after hours is going to help me are they?

    Buy a gun, offer to let them use the jax and then blast them through the door, pretending you thought they were a burglar..you any good at running?

    Ah you're making me feel bad now.. :(

    In fairness the best thing you can do is go and see a counselor or something. Sounds like some form of PTSD or something.

    Really sorry to hear about your troubles though.

    The nightmares could be amusing to an observer. He appears at the window, or he appears at the bedroom door, he is under the bed, he comes out of the hotpress, then he's in the ****ing car! He's in the back seat, or he appears out of the boot. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I am needing ****ing valium or something.
