I also want at least 60fps when recording/streaming games like Minecraft and COD

Come back about 2-3 weeks before you plan to buy, prices and new hardware changes all the time so best to come back closer to the time. Dont expect a pc that will max everything out for 400 quid, minecraft maybe but not all games.

No point attempting to post one now, it'll have changed by Christmas, come back in middle of November. COD isn't the most demanding game, so it's easily possible to build a PC that'll run it at 60fps at ultra for €400.
