PS4 fan noise

Hi guys just got a PS4 , connected it up , plenty of space yet it sounds like it is going to take of.
Has anyone had this problem should I get it replaced?

Same with mine at times, you can probably blame it on having smaller fans that need to run at a higher rpm to keep the console cool, which is why the Xbox One has that 100mm exhaust fan on the top of it.

Mine is usually fine but InFamous really seemed to tax it.
There's a trick where you prop it up on a small coin which is supposed to help:

Rang Gamestop they are going to excgange it .
I can put up with some noise but it was very load .

Its fairly loud on some games I notice and whisper silent on others, TLOU and BF4 seems to tax my launch day one a good bit bit is virtually silent on Tomb Raider, Fifa and Assassins Creed, make sure there is enough air flow at the back as that's where most of it comes from....

It sits in free space , its more the fact that its noisy strait from start , even before I insert a game .6 days old , getting a replacement tomorrow , better to be safe

That sounds wrong alright. Mines grand, but after an hour of killzone it sounds like one of the first xbox 360s-loud ! Funnily enoigh no issues like that with wolfenstien, its quiet enough all the time.
