application problem

    I was applying for my test.

    I paid and it brought me to the schedule screen, anyway I couldnt find a date so picked choose another date, basically a screen came up with two options - either get a cancellation appointmnet or get them to schedule one for me.
    I wanted neither so clicked back, but it wouldnt let me go back and it wouldnt let me go forward either.

    basically the screen is gone now and I've no date and I can't get back to the place to schedule my test,

    it just says 'you already have an open application'

    Call the RSA tomorrow. An agent on the phone will be able to sort it out for you.

    Something similar happened to me - did you get an email confirming your test appointment? Either way ring the RSA just to check :)
