Incredible DHL delivery

    Hi,

    Here's the story of my first experience ever with DHL, I am not in any way affiliated to them but I would really like to express my experience. So long story short:

    Saturday morning - 5am
    My order is dispatched from the seller in Hong Kong. It's carried to the Hong Kong sorting facility the same day

    Sunday
    The package leaves early in the morning from Hong Kong and arrives in the afternoon in Leipzig - GER. In the evening, it leaves this sorting facility and on route to UK East Midlands.

    Monday
    Early morning it leaves UK, Customs sorted hours later, arrives in Dublin Sorting Facility.
    During the morning I had a missed call from a mobile, called back - it was Credit Management who were looking for VAT payment info, sorted that quickly (friendly and professional) and got on to Customer Service about the delivery (also friendly and professional) who asked the delivery man if he can deliver before his normal scheduled hours as I had to leave the house.

    At 12:30pm the delivery man calls and shows up to my gaff with the package.


    How cool is this? I literally couldn't be happier with the service! I'm just giving a shout out to them, as I had only ****ty experiences with other international delivery companies and now I'm just left speechless...
    Kudos to the lads in DHL, great work!!!
