Invalidity Pension Appeal

I've submitted an appeal for Invalidty Pension, I've not received any assistance since 28th Feb this year. I'm in receipt of a service Pension and am €20 over the threshold. The Bills are mounting and the wait is starting to take its toll on me. Is there any way I can access some help with my Household bills etc??
