Hello

The parents have a very basic sky package.
They have not added anything to the packages in years and have not requested and extra channels etc

The bills over the last few months are as follows :

28th January = 24 Euro
25th Ferbuary = 24 Euro
28th March = 24 Euro
27th April = 24 Euro
28th May = 27.40 Euro
27th June = 30 Euro
28th July = 30 Euro


As you can see, they have been increasing for the last 3 months.

I had a look on skys website , but cannot find the answer, Have sky increased their prices lately or anything ?

( I know UPC have , but cant find anything about sky )

Very odd. There was a €1 increase back in February I think but that isnt being reflected in the bill amounts you posted. Also the previous basic pack prior to February was €27 AFAIK (up to €28 now).

A bill for €27.40 doesn't even make sense. I would definitely call them to get it sorted.

My guess is they have the variety package (Documentary channels) with a €6 price freeze, so €30 a month. Then I reckon they had a 20% discount off it which came to an end about half way between the May & June bill.

Just 1 possibility though

Thanks for the input. Checked with parents and I the above sounds about right.
