Cancelling Broadband?

    Is it possible to cancel the broadband service on its own if i wished to keep my phone?

    Also what process is involved in doing so?

    Yes it is possible to cancel just the Broadband and keep the Phone. To request this I would advise you to contact Cancellations on 1901 (Option 2, then Option 4). We advise all customers considering cancelling Phone/ Broadband/ Phone and Broadband to contact this number so that they can be made aware of cancellation process and also to be advised in the event a Contract currently applies,
