I recently picked up a cheap, easy to use mobile for my mother which is locked to Tesco mobile. Had similar trouble last year with a Doro phone which was locked to O2, which I wanted to use on Vodafone. But as I am a O2 customer myself, their support gave me the code no problem.

I've spoken to Tesco and explained this was a 2nd hand purchase but they don't want to know, asking me to get the original contract holder to contact them!

Be grateful if a Tesco mobile customer here could help me out on this.
