What broadband & TV package is best if you don't need any phone?

We have just moved house and need to get a broadband and tv package set up. I need a bit of guidance on what the best value package would be if we don't need any type of phones: we have no use for a landline and we are both on company tariffs on our mobiles. We want to get Netflix set up & I work from home once or twice a week but mobile broadband has been used for this up to now. We watch rte 1 mainly, the food channel, Comedy Central, gold, E! etc and we have previously watched a lot of box sets. Any gudance would help. Thanks!

Not needing a phone doesn't really affect the decision, it's only a phone port on the back of either the router or the (UPC) Horizon box.

Best BB & TV package is probably UPC as you'll get everything off a cable connection and won't need a satelite dish or landline.
