All Styles International Sanshou Kids and Teens Open Sparring Day

    Sunday the 24th of August there will be a Kids and teens open Sparring day at Blue Dragon Gym Balbriggan from 12-3 on the day we will be covering the kids kickboxing competitions from point score to light Sanshou.
    There will also be referee and official training on the day the cost is 5 euros per kid and Adult training is free

    Just letting people know that the the venue has changed to unit 6/7 santry hall santry Industrial estate due to increased numbers
