Cheapest SIM for incoming calls only?

    Hi all,

    I want to get a number for long-term use for incoming calls only, maybe the odd outgoing.

    Can somebody recommend where to get the cheapest SIM?

    o2 only require a call or sms made every 6 months to keep the sim active.

    All incoming calls are free for you, as with all networks, but other networks require you to topup for frequently

    Thanks, got a SIM in 02. 10 euro with 10 euro credit. Make a call/text once every eight months to keep it active, they said.
