Recommend hygienist/dentist for cleaning Dublin City Centre

Dear all, I've never been able to find a hygienist/dentist who did a thorough clean in Dublin City Centre area. I'm finding up of handing over the better part of €100 and going home to find I still have a bit of plaque, etc. I'd be very grateful for recommendations by pm. Many thanks,

Dear all,

Is it normal that to see the hygienist you have to have an appoinement for a check-up with the dentist? Sounds like a money-making racket. I have a dentist who does all that for me, but I don't like his hygienist...
