    Hi. Not sure how to describe what I want to find out but to describe here goes. I have seen a few videos which are made up of lots of different photos. Eg a years worth of selfie or a year of your child. Like a photo per day to see how something changes over a year. But the eyes tend to be lined up through the shots on the video to make it appear seamless. Anyone know how to do these? Any good websites on this with examples? I'm sure there is a name for this just not sure! Thanks!

    Sounds mostly like a slideshow - not sure about what you mean with regards to the eyes bit, but something even as basic as Windows Movie Maker will put one together for you and output to a movie/animation format. Google's picasa also does something similar and is more photo centric.

    Hey thanks for the reply. No a slides how is fairly straightforward.

    I think u figured the name. It might be called a motion time-lapse?

    Sounds like what you described. This;

    Your camera takes a photo every couple of seconds/minutes, and then patched together. Most often it's done by a device you plug into the camera itself to take the photos for you.

    OK cool. If you take a bunch of photos at an interval though, is there a way to edit and stitch together? Eg a photo per day. Thanks!

    Would the camera be in the exact same spot? Also, if you look at video, you'll see a term "30 fps" which means 30 frames per second. In motion time lapse, that's 30 photos per second, thus maybe look into more than one photo a day. If you do too few frames per second, it may look like a slideshow.

    Seems using Windows 7 own software can enable you to make such a video.
