Can anybody tell me if my ADI doesn't upload my completed EDT'S does the stamp on the logbook count as I see he hasn't uploaded the ones I did 2 weeks ago.

I'm close to being completed them and don't want to switch ADI's now or do those lessons again.

To allow you to be given a test date all 12 lessons must be uploaded. The book being stamped is irrelevant.
Maybe your instructor just hasn't gotten around to it. Call or text him and ask him to upload them. There should be no reason to change if you're generally happy with him

Does that mean if your ADI didn't upload your EDTS for whatever reason you would have to redo those lessons and pay again.

Gives ADI's a lot of power.

    No.

It means is he/she was acting the maggot you'd put in a complaint against them to the RSA

Just ask him/her to upload them - if worst comes to the worst you have the stamped log book and you can contact the RSA asking what you need to do next.

My instructor only updated my lessons online every month or so - he did them all together for all of his pupils.
