Did they give you any liquid? You pour the liquid into the mouthpiece and you screw the mouthpiece onto the battery. Press the button on the battery and happy vaping

do I keep the white cap on the mouthpiece?

    no take it off

Take off the mouth piece cap.

Put liquid in. There will probably be a hole or nozzle in the clearo (the top). Do not put the liquid in there.

Put the mouthpiece back on the battery.

    Wait 5 minutes.

Hold the button on the battery, and inhale as you're holding it.

You may need to press the battery button a few times to turn it on, you need to with some batteries.

    I unscrew the e-cig.
I remove the white cap from the mouthpiece.
I take the liquid and pour it into the mouth piece.
I put the mouth piece into the top of the black unscrewed part of the e-cig?

When I do this, it falls out. It doesn't screw in?

just go cold turkey.you can do it.replacing 1 nicotine product with
    another is pointless.
try reading allen carrs easy way to stop smoking book.if you havent done so.

Thanks for the advise, but I have been cold turkey for 3 days now and I'm about to pull my F'N eye balls out

That might help... but the OP has clearly stated he is close to grabbing a box of cigarettes. Reading a book wont help the cravings

Is that how you're doing it?

As you can see from the video those kits have been around for years. You should try to get an aspire maxi and a few coils for it on monday, way better and most online shops stock them as well as vapourpal if there's one near you.

Hey bud this is the vaping forum,a lot of people here don't want to give up nicotine just get it in a less harmful way.
Now piss off back to the quit smoking forum and do your preaching there.

Wrong forum selfstarter. This forum is for folks who are happy replacing one nicotine product with another and not bothered arguing the point. Any more of that and you can take a break.

Should have said that while I think you were being baited I can't allow uncivil responses I'm afraid. Rise above it folks.

Thanks to EGriff for that link.

My eyeballs remain in their sockets.

Thanks for all advise and tips.

Maybe one day I will give up nicotine, but this will not happen just yet...

Get a **** load of sweets and snacks. The cravings will get less and you'll be much better in a day or two. Perseverance is key.
