    I need to end my relation with my partner. We're not married but live together and have 2 children. If I end it I would need to move out and live somewhere else but don't want to loose my share of the house we live in. We both own 50% each. He won't agree to buy me out or sell and I don't want to loose what I worked for. What can one do in this case?
