Hansgroche mixer shower intermitant low pressure

I have a problem with this shower if its not used for a couple of days the pressure is appalling almost impossible to have a shower with it. It resolves itself within a day or two the longest it lasted was about a week. It's gravity fed from the attic and the pressure from taps and the bath shower are fine when it happens.…

I have a problem with this shower if its not used for a couple of days the pressure is appalling almost impossible to have a shower with it. It resolves itself within a day or two the longest it lasted was about a week. It's gravity fed from the attic and the pressure from taps and the bath shower are fine when it happens. I can turn it all the way hot or cold and it makes no odds just the same dribble. It has a low pressure head but its fine and have cleaned the lime scale and dropping the shower head to the floor doesn't increase the pressure. Any ideas? I'm thinking partial air lock but not sure what clears it?
