Donnellys have constructed lots of estates in newbridge/athgarvan area down the years. I wouldn't have a hesitation in buying a donnelly house. Croatanstown is a nice estate that is almost finished as far as I'm aware. Also Martin donnelly lives in the estate so if any issues arise it is easy enough to contact the developer.
