Replace my screen

Mother is in need of a replacement screen for her 5. Now she can get it replaced for 50 in a place in town, but I'm going to guess the screen they'll put on won't be as good as the last one?
I remember somewhere that apple replace the phone or something in return for 200 euro or so....as her 5 is nearly 2 years old (bought on launch day) that'd nearly make more sense in my books, of true?
    Any advice?

Most screen repair places will offer either a budget, premium, or OEM screen. And only the OEM one will be as good.
