Motion Sensor Light staying on all the time

    Bought a €12.99 Motion Sensor outdoor light in Woodies few weeks ago .

    Set it up and it worked perfect , coming on for motion and switching off after about 30 seconds .

    But now a week later it stays on all the time .

    Anyone know what could have happened , and I did'nt mess with any settings .

    Unfortunately you get what you pay for.

    Buy a Stinel , buy once and it will cost less in the long run.

    Have you tried isolating the power for a few minutes and see would it reset itself? Some fittings have a feature that if you toggle the power off then on quickly they will stay on continuously and this may have happened.

    Sensor lights sometimes need to be reset after lightening so isolate the unit for minimum of 5 minutes, this can happen to the best and worst of pir sensors, steinel are an excellent unit as the previous poster commented but after lightening I have to reset.
