Hi all, just looking for some up to date stats on newspaper readership figures in Northern Ireland, as well as readership info.
The most up to date stuff I can find is from 2013:

    http://www.holdthefrontpage.co.uk/2013/news/sales-fall-for-newspapers-in-northern-ireland/

    which isn't bad I suppose.

Would be good to get a history of the ownership of the three main dailys up there. I don't fully trust wikipedia!

Thanks guys, on a related note. I was going to subscribe to The News Letter and The Irish News for a month for the purposes of a dissertation. Would this allow me to access old articles, say from 2012, and 2013 as well?
I assume it works the same way across most publications.

Do you not have access to those titles via your college library?

I do via lexisnexis, but notice that the web publication results aren't there for the IN and the NL. The regular publication results are there. I am assuming that this could be to do with a pay wall? Or maybe I'm wrong.
