Anyone know a good store that sells good reasonable price cameras.
I need a huge selection to choose from.
    Not just around 5.
And they should help you choose the right one for you and have knowledge of cameras not like argos.

Whelan's in O'Connell Street was quite good back in the day, I believe they're still there. They specialise in cameras/optical.

Had a dreadful experience in Whelans was practically insulted by a member of staff. I'm not one of those crank customers either as I have worked in retail in the past.

Even if you venture in there be sure to check the online prices before pulling the trigger.

Staff was alright but their prices were way over the top and they dont offer cash refund.

Yeah, I deliberately didn't say they were good on price. They are quite expensive but if you are looking for bricks and mortar shop in Limerick there aren't much to choose from especially if you need advice.

The guy in Newmans cameras on Cruises street (by Charlie Chaplins) knows his cameras, they do canon and Fuji and as the are a small operation price may not be great. To be honest I would have recommended Whelans first though, I've had nothing but very good customer service in there. I'd bethe type who would support a local business rather than save a few euro online. We can't really complain too much about the state of the city if you aren't going to use it for any major purchases. (not meant to sound like a lecture)

I would agree and anytime I can get what I am looking for within a reasonable amount of euro and taking in shipping and costumer service then I always will and before I buy anything online I check the local B&M stores to see if its possible . But when it's a saving of €50 on an item that cost 150 then , well I don't have that kind of money to throw away .
