    Guys
A friend is trying to sell a 2005 Nissan Almera 1.5 hatchback with 70K mls in good clean condition.
I looked on donedeal and the price variations for these is massive. Whats a fair price to be asking?

Thanks in advance for any guidance

You really need to be looking at the lowest priced ones, then filter out the buckets of $hit from that list and what you have left is really what he will be competing against. If you are looking for a quick sale then price it aggressively otherwise price near the others with the view to gradually dropping the price as time goes on. The low mileage will help selling it quicker but will really not add much monitory value to it. A decent length NCT will also help.

Yeah I have mine up online a week now, 2005 also 62k miles very clean, full service history, new tires, parking sensors, had up at 2650, down now to 2300.

Couple of offers of €2k but I'd like to get more than that for it.

I assume your friend would be looking around the same .

2,000 is all I'd pay for a 2005 one. Less if I could get away with it

They're not a great car. I'd find something else.

I think you were foolish not to take one of those offers. There are plenty of them for sale and that coupled with their bland looks, boring drive and absolutely no appeal means people are not willing to pay much for one.

You may want more but if you want rid of it you will probably have to take a lot less.

Having a gearbox made out of Kilmeadan Cheddar doesn't help either.
