Hi got a voucher for a large salon chain for an occasion, which was lovely :) But I had been going to a small local salon found them much more personal and a lot cheaper. Although I am excited about the idea of going somewhere with 'a name' for a change. What has others experience been? do you prefer somewhere local and…

What has others experience been? do you prefer somewhere local and intimate, or somewhere upmarket but maybe a bit less personal, maybe?
