VERY large villa required for family

Hi we are looking for a large villa for a family holiday. Somewhere reasonably central as not everyone drives. Somewhere hot with a pool. BUT its for 27 people. Mix of adults and kids. Anyone know of a place? Maybe somewhere that does weddings usually?

IS this for next year? If yes, look at ownersabroad, villasdirect etc. Would it not also be possible to rent 3 or 4 adjacent apartments or villas instead? It might facilitate private time for each of the subfamilies.

No particular country but not too far. For example Turkey might be a bit too far. Lots of small kids on a plane! It's for next year and we were thinking June
