    Hi all

Currently going through mediation custody is more or less agreed, shared parenting 3 days week 1 and 4 days week 2 and so on.
I suggested that I get child benefit and ex claims single parent tax credit which also gives a increase in cut off. This would benefit her as she has a higher salary but mediator said we would not be entitled to it as we are sharing custody.
    Is this right?

    Thanks
